Real Satisfaction!!!

I took an auto rickshaw while coming to office this morning. While getting up into the auto I realized that the vehicle was well maintained with proper cushions and everything. To my surprise even the driver wasn’t the typical auto driver. He was a gentleman neatly dressed in his 60s. You will think that what’s so special in it. Definitely you will meet many like him but not he. He was something different. For about 10 minutes I was just staring at him. At last out of my curiosity I asked him whether he is doing this to earn for daily bread and butter. He just smiled and then started speaking in English…
“No dear, I am a doing this because I like it. I am a retired lecturer from a reputed college. After retirement I used to sit at home passing time reading books or newspaper but it didn’t work out for long time. Soon I started getting bored of this. One day my nephew came to my home from village. He was actually trying to settle down in the City but didn’t have money to invest in business. He asked me if I can help him some way. I proposed an offer if I can help him get an Auto rickshaw which he can drive for his bread and butter. And finally we brought this Auto. He started with his new business and was very happy for whatever help I did for him. But I noticed that he was working late night sometimes till 12. Every day he used leave home at 4am and come back at 12pm for lunch. Then he will hardly take rest and again leave and after that you can’t say when he will come back. I even told him not to overload himself but he wasn’t convinced as he wanted to repay my money along with his daily savings. One day the idea came to my mind why can’t I help him? Anyways I am killing time sitting at home. My children and wife went mad after listening my decision to drive an auto. But I was firm on my decision and I started this J
Now my Nephew takes auto early morning and come back at 7.30-8 am. Then I took and come back at 12pm for lunch by the time he takes rest and gets ready for the long day. He then comes back late night.
I am really enjoying this work. Initially my family was worried if I can drive well for so long and about our reputation what neighbors and relatives will say. But now they are convinced that what matters is self satisfaction.”
My mouth was open in awe while listening this.
By the time my bus stop came and I got down of the auto. I was smiling happily while paying him the fare and in return he smiled back with proud and satisfaction.

I was feeling more rejuvenated. You don’t need to pay big amount for happiness and satisfaction. “Just love yourself and love your work”.

Zindagiiiiiiiii

 जीना यहाँ। मरना यहाँ।
इसके सीवा जाना कहा।

The above lines from movie "Mera Naam Joker" are so true. We all have to die one day. There is no one who can hide from it. But there is a large meaning in them. Every single living being is a part of the universe. You are originated from it and you will be dissolved into it when you die. No one is immortal.

If this is the case then what is it that makes us immortal? It's your work, "Your karma". People with great did will be remembered for years, for ages, followed by generations and even worshiped as God. They become inspiration for others how the life should be lived.

रोते रोते आते है सब
हसता हुआ जो जाएगा
वो मुकद्दर का सिकंदर
जानेमन केहेलयेगा .

Life is so beautiful and God has given it to us to enjoy it to the fullest. It teaches us so many things with ups and downs coming, but the lesson should be learnt from it to move on. Accept the way you are. Follow others, have idols in life but don't force yourself for being like them. You are unique in your own way so don't hide the originality.

You don't have control over your death. But definitely you have control over your life and you don't have any right to finish it by making suicide attempts. Yes, it shows you are coward and can't face the reality. You are trying to escape from the situation. Try to find out the satisfaction in your life.

Man is so greedy that he makes himself upset because of unnecessary things like money, power, rights, relations etc. Being a socialized animal definitely all these things play an important role in your life but they all cannot be the reason to end your life. No relation or Power in this world is bigger than your own life. So live the life to the fullest without thinking of anything. You are at your best when you are original :)

SHIVA TRIOLOGY

I recently finished reading the shiva triology series by Amish. The book has got fare script to keep you connected throughout the series. And the most interesting thing is to visualize your gods and goddesses as a normal human being.
Though it’s a fiction and you know it’s all imaginary but while reading you would actually start feeling that, yes this can be the way it has written. After all to whom you worship? People with great did? Whose work inspires you and yes it’s good in your perception. Yes, your perception. Because things you will feel right might have proved so wrong for others. Might be that’s the reason we hate Ravan as evil and Shrilankan’s worship him as a god.
The concept of Naga’s is quiet interesting. After reading the book, I just started thinking how in practical sense Lord Ganesha could have mouth of an elephant. It’s something exaggerated description of someone’s face with long nose and teeth coming out of mouth. How could a human being exist with eight hands like Goddess Kali. I do agree that there has to be something odd to describe her like that. Then what logic you would like to give for Ravan having ten heads? Well that’s not the point to argue. Definitely we can think of someone coming with a book giving some logical explanations about it.
The most interesting part of the series, evil is none but a Medicinal liquid which is being worshiped for years saving people’s life but has been turned as an evil over the period of time. It’s good that Amish have given some scientific explanation for this. The thought process here is an invention for a great cause would not necessarily prove beneficial all the time and excessive use of something is always harmful. Take the example of Atomic Bombs. It’s a great invention showing how powerful humans can be if needed. But think in another way. How harmful it would be if it’s been used. We already have an example of Hiroshima and Nagasaki before us. It has never proved correct for Human welfare.
Your questions like God Mahadev having third eye or why his neck has turned blue are also answered in tricky way. The concept of mind reading for Vasudev is also explained wisely. The only question that Amish have not focused in this book is why Shiva has got snake around his neck. Probably he couldn’t get any logical reason to match with his theory of somras which says Shiva blue throat was the result of ill effect of Somras. But definitely you can ignore that stuff and even practically you couldn’t think of a person walking with poisonous snake around his neck. J
To summarize shortly it’s an interesting series to read.  Looking forward to the movie release based on this. I hope they won’t focus much on the romantic part between sati-shiva or Parvteshwar-Anandmayi and will not make love story out of it like they did some years ago for “Ashoka The Great” movie.

Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Ki Jo....

"Hello Sweety, Happy Womens Day!!!" the first sentence I heard when I picked up a call from Manoj.
"Hey Manoj, Thanks yaar..." I replied.

I do like such kind of pampering :) It makes u feel like u have something special within u...

Women's Day wishes r overflooding everywhere..specially on Facebook and other social networking sites. But very few of them will be really aware of why we r celebrating the same and does it really needed to celebrate the same.....Why to have one special day for Women to show their recognition...it's a need or just a fashion of celebrating a day like Valentine Day.

I will say it's not a fashion but if u look back and read some history pages u will find the reason behind celebrating the same...Yes...there was a time when women condition was really bad and they needed to raise their voice for their own protection, to live better life, to get the luxury and comfort they r righteous to i.e....to get life of "Bread and Roses".
Every year on this day...United Nations Conference recognizes the progress we have made and contribution of women in it. Scholars say The progress of Nation is Directly proportional with number of women actively participating in economic growth . If you have Well educated, self confident, Independent women in your country..no one can stop u from becoming the developed country.

And this is true also...Developement and Change needs to be started from ur home. If she is educated ,she can teach her children....tomorrows generation. It is always complementary to have educated life partner with whom u can share ur professional challenges. Todays working women are really giving helping hands to their family. I feel really lucky for getting evrything that a girl, a women should get in her life...we don't need to struggle much now for the basic rights...People have accepted that SHE has the power to change the world.

But still there is a lot that can be done for us...Yes I have a humble request for everyone of u...to show respect for all women so that Domestic Voilence, Rape Cases won't happen.

You just have to smile I am sure you will get a smile back....
She has so much of love and care in her heart. Don't break her confidence and let her enjoy freedom in her life.
If not...again the time will come and she will transform herself into "Goddess Durga" The Mother of the univers..supreme power of the supreme being.

Pioneer....The Man Having An Eagle Eye

As usual I logged into my FB account. Nowdays social networking has become so important in our life that our govt needs to include it in our basic needs along with Food, Shelter. And it's not the exaggeration, People like checking their FB status more than checking bank account status..It might be because we are always more interested in looking into others personal things. And I am no exception to it. :)
It didn't take much time for me to figure it out that I have got a new friend request. Wow, new friend...I navigated through that profile without wasting time and accepeted it...Yes..He was my senior from my college..Though we never met before or can hardly remember each other. The moment I accepted his request got a ping from him..

Friend: Hi
Me: Hello
Friend: do u remember me?
Me: No, not actually..but I know u r my senior(That was so stupid to say this thing as it was so obvious).
Friend: oh really..good..that means we r not complete strangers.
Me: hehe (My friends always get angry on me for this habit of mine..using words like..hmm, hehe, ok....)

There was a pause for almost 15 mins and I said...
Me: Hey I really liked ur profile (Didn't get anything other than that to proceed our conversation. He has done his MBA degree from a reputed college and chosen to go into enterpreneurship instead of doing a job)
Friend: Hey Thanks :) I wanted to open my own college. There are blah blah blah(don't remember figure) MBA colleges in Maharashtra but only few of them are really good and provides proper grooming on management skills of a student.  Nowdays doing MBA has become a fad and even students don't know why they are taking this degree..If u r going to be a manager there comes a bounded responsibility on u and u should be welll aware of that.
Me: Yeah, thats true( What else I can say)
Friend: Do u have any plans to go for MBA?
Me: No..I wanted to but couldn't manage to score well and get into good college so just skipped it now. :(
Friend: ok..thats fine..I will suggest to do part time if possible..at least u will get some knowledge about management terms.
Me: hmm..will see.

Again a pause for 5 mins.
Me: Hey, why did u choose this field..I mean not to do job and go for ur own business.
Friend: Ma'am what do u think...Doing job is better than doing business?
Me: no..I don't mean that (You should always be careful while talking wid ur seniors..miscommunication leads to misunderstandings.)
Friend: See..This is what I really wanted to do in my life..n yes I did job also..I worked for a reputed company for 2 yrs...learned the skills and now walking on the path made for me.
Me: wow...u r truely ambitious.good
Friend: Thanks :) (everyone likes to hear Compliments)
Me: so u r going to be an Enterpreneur..gr8..good that I have accepeted ur friend request...it's a add on in my contact list :P
Friend: Enterpreneur..OMG...lets see..what is wriiten in my destiny and how much can I achieve. But yes I know one day I will achieve what I have dreamed of.
Me: Wish u all the best my Friend. You will definitely.
Friend: Thanks Ma'am..chalo bbye..it's time for dinner now
Me: yeah..gn..nice talking with u..bye

He went offline just after that and I was still thinking of him and his dream...Really we find very few people who has courage to give up the luxrious llife and choose a rough path for their dream. And they only deserve true appreciation, called as an Enterpreneur. The Pioneer!!!!

Mantarlele Divas...

"Hi Mimi", The voice startled me.
Mrs. Nene: Where is your Mumma, Go and call her. I have to tell her a top news. (as she moved into the kitchen  searching for my mother.)
I: Aunty, mom is not at home. Will be back in half an hour.
Mrs Nene: Oh, no problem sweety, I will be back after half an hour. Tell your Mumma that she will be more than happy after hearing this news.
I:(Does she really have such a great news, otherwise as usual..she will come with some stupid news telling how my neighbours were fighting with each other.)

After one hour:
Mrs Nene: Hello Mrs. Sathe, "Aho eikal ka? I have searched a groom for our Mimi"

I was more than shocked after hearing the news. Are my parents really thinking for my marriage so soon.
I just completed my B.E one year back.
The only thought of marriage has taken me back to my college days.

My parents were crying when I was leaving the home for the first time. i took admission in Govt Engineering college Mumbai.Even tears rolled down my face as the thought of staying away from  parents made me feel unconfortable. Dad came with me and he left in 2 days shifting me to a private hostel in mumbai. On the very first day only I met Vinita, from mumbai and Arartrika from Kolkata. Arartrika was also staying in the same hostel as of mine.

Our Mechanics professor introduced our whole batch with the student committe and announced that we will be having freshers party next week.Wow, our faced shined with smile. Being from small town I had never attended any night party before this. The only celebration was School/Jr College cultural festival but that never exteded after 6 PM :)
Freshers party was full of enjoyment. Got so many friends there only and finally we were a big Gang. Our classes started . Initially we all were attending classes like going in a primary school. but eventually it all decreased and till the time third year came only Geeks used to be there in the classes as the representative.

College events, sports and other activities were more than enough to keep busy our gang. In the same time Arartrika met Ranjan and was always busy talking on phone with him.Relationships in college days also have a special touch.I still remember in the second year of my college, my classmate had a serious fight with senior batchmate and that too for a girl. Thankfully these kind of fights don't sustain for long time.

Semister exams come like enemy in college life. But, only people on whom we people used pass comments for the whole semester come for our help. For knowing the books, syllabus, and teaching the concepts also.
"Yaar, bus paasing marks aa jaye.." . This is the most frequent sentence that you can hear in exam days.
One of my friend was so irritated with the bulky reference books that she announced in my group that soon she will be having a book telling how to get to 40% "If only 5 pointers are sufficient for the passing then what is the use of reading such a heavy book.", she used to say.

Collge placements are one of the turning point. That time only we realized why poiters do matter. We missed so many companies interview because of not fulfilling the criteria. But again t's like a lucky draw..If you are lucky enough then no one can stop you getting into that company.Whatever was the situation, but yes we all got placed in good compaies. That was really a proud moment for all of us.

How 4 years passed we didn't even realized. How deeply we all were attached to each other come to know by the time we have to leave the college. Send off event is most emotiona and sensible event. We all were almost crying.

Huh......But all these are only memories now.
I am no more a college girl now. And will get marry within a year.
But yes college days becomes the most memorable days in your life...They will surely give a lifetime friends.
I felt like meeting all my friends again. I decided to plan a get together very soon.

Till the time I came out of my thought process Mom and Mrs Nene finished their talk and they decided to meet the family of that boy.
"Lagnala Bolavshil ga tuzya saglya mitra maitrinina",Mom said to me as Mrs. Nene left.
I just smiled.
